1. No Refund Policy

Vissi operates on a strict no-refund policy. Because our Services are digital and immediately accessible upon payment, all payments made to Vissi for subscriptions, one-time generation, or other services are final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of your usage of the Services, your satisfaction with the Services, or any technical issues that are not directly caused by Vissi’s negligence.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Access: You will continue to have access to the Services through the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No Prorated Refunds: You will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in your current billing cycle.
  • Future Charges: No further charges will be applied to your account after the current cycle ends.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, such as a verifiable technical error where you were double-charged for the same transaction, Vissi may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund. Requests for such refunds must be submitted to support within 7 days of the transaction date.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

You agree to contact Vissi support to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and a ban from future use of our Services.
