1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the prohibited uses of Vissi’s Services. This policy ensures that our platform remains safe, legal, and trustworthy for all users. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Services to create, distribute, or promote wallet passes that contain:
- Illegal Activities: Content that promotes or facilitates any illegal activity, including the sale of illegal goods or services.
- Violence and Hate Speech: Content that incites violence, promotes discrimination, or disparages on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, disability, or sexual orientation.
- Sexually Explicit Material: Pornographic or blatantly sexually explicit content.
- Fraud and Deception: Content that is false, misleading, creates a risk of confusion, or facilitates fraudulent schemes (e.g., "get rich quick" schemes, phishing).
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Content that infringes on the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
3. System Abuse
You may not:
- Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of Vissi’s systems or networks.
- Use any automated system (scripts, bots, spiders) to access the Services in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services for other users (e.g., denial of service attacks).
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
4. Third-Party Platform Policies
Because our Services integrate with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, you must strictly adhere to their respective Acceptable Use Policies and Guidelines. Wallet passes that violate Apple or Google standards may be disabled by the providers or by Vissi to maintain platform compliance.
5. Enforcement
Vissi reserves the right to investigate any violation of this policy. If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may remove the offending content, suspend your account, or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice and without refund. We may also report your activities to applicable law enforcement authorities.
